COSMETOLOGY TREATMENTS
Professional cosmetology treatments including deep cleansing facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation therapies for healthier and radiant skin.
Chemical peeling is a dermatological treatment that removes the surface layer of the skin through the controlled application of medicinal acids, stimulates regeneration and restores its natural glow. The treatment is effective for acne, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and uneven complexion.
What does chemical peeling enable?
- improvement of skin texture and tone
- reduction of acne and subsequent changes
- relief of hyperpigmentation
- reduction of fine wrinkles
- fresher, even and radiant skin appearance
At ZEPHYR® Med Spa, medical chemical peels from the renowned brands SkinTech, NeoStrata, Mediderma and WiQo are available, including the innovative PRX-T33 treatment that does not cause visible peeling, and immediately restores radiance and an even appearance to the skin. We also offer specific peels based on glycolic, citric, ferulic, azelaic and salicylic acids, as well as TCA peeling, which is applied in a series of treatments, most often during autumn and winter for maximum safety and efficiency. The type and strength of the peeling are carefully selected according to the skin type and indication, with a dermatological evaluation before the treatment. Depending on the problem, superficial, medium-deep or combined peeling protocols can be applied.
Peelings
Surface peeling
It acts on the epidermis and improves the texture, tone and shine of the skin. It is effective for fine wrinkles, acne, uneven complexion and mild hyperpigmentation. Alpha and beta hydroxy acids are most often used. It does not require a recovery period and daily activities can be resumed immediately.
Medium deep peeling
It acts on the epidermis and the surface layer of the dermis. It is indicated for more pronounced wrinkles, acne, scars, enlarged pores and pigmentation. After the treatment, redness and peeling of the skin may occur for several days.
Deep peeling
It penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin and is intended for the treatment of deeper wrinkles and scars, with a pronounced tightening and regeneration effect. It requires a longer recovery period and is carried out exclusively under strict dermatological control.
Is the treatment painful?
During the treatment, a slight burning sensation or a feeling of heat may occur, which lasts for several minutes. The procedure is controlled and safe, and the intensity is adjusted to individual tolerance and skin type.
How many treatments are needed?
The number of treatments depends on the condition of the skin and the desired results. For mild irregularities, one treatment is often enough, while for acne, scars or pigmentation, a series of 3-5 treatments spaced a few weeks apart is recommended.
